Travis grew up in Spring Hill, Kansas. He met and began dating his wife, Nicole, their Junior year of High School. After high school, he decided to enroll at Fort Hays State University, from which he would graduate with a degree in Biology.

While at FHSU, Travis got plugged into Christian Challenge and learned what it looked like to engage the mission God has for his people as a college student and joined staff after graduating from college – along the way meeting Dustin and Scout.

While working for Christian Challenge at FHSU, Travis and Nicole sensed the Lord leading them to plant a ministry at Baker University where they have been since November of 2022.

Along the way, Travis and Nicole welcomed their first-born son, Everett in 2020, followed by their twin girls, Ellie and Jemma in 2021.

Dustin grew up in the small farming community of Bennington, KS. Although the town was small, the church there was a strong and positive presence in his life. Scout grew up in Lawrence, KS in a cul-de-sac full of fun and a church that pointed to Christ.

The two met at Fort Hays State University and would marry soon after graduation. It is here that Dustin and Scout met Travis and Nicole.

They then moved to Lawrence at the start of their marriage. During this season Dustin got his Master of Divinity from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in response to what he believed was God’s call to prepare for ministry. This last season has been a season of growth. The Stanley family has been blessed with two sons: Porter-3 y.o., and Fisher-2 y.o., and a daughter Ember- 1 y.o.

Currently, Dustin works for a remodeling company who’s vision is to make disciples in the workforce.
